All production times are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday).

Production begins once we have the files, selections, and information needed for the order. Transit time is additional. Larger orders and current production volume may extend these estimates. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.
SHIPPING RATE GUIDE
Simple base rates based on print type and merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Paper prints and rolled canvas are grouped together. Gallery-wrapped canvas is a separate group because of its packaging requirements.
When an order contains both groups, their shipping charges may be added together.

These are the base table rates. Additional WooCommerce rate adjustments may apply, particularly for gallery wraps. Shipping shown in the cart is the final calculated charge for orders under $500. Free sample shipping uses a separate rule.
$500 or more? We'll quote shipping.
When the combined merchandise subtotal after discounts reaches $500, before taxes and shipping, the standard shipping options are replaced by a custom quote. Complete your order as usual and we'll contact you with the shipping cost before it ships. Resale accounts keep their existing Shipping added after order placed process.
PACKED FOR THE ARTWORK
Packaging varies with the finished print size and format.
Paper prints
We protect the printed surface and pack paper prints flat or rolled according to the dimensions and requirements of the order.
Rolled canvas
Rolled canvas is protected and packaged for transit, with attention to the printed surface.
Gallery wraps
Stretched canvas requires additional protection and boxing for its finished size, corners, and edges.

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available.
Oversized artwork or special shipping requirements may need a custom quote.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available at our Scottsdale studio. Select Local Pickup at checkout and wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting.
Our studio is open Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.

No. Production estimates cover making and inspecting your prints. Carrier transit time comes afterward.
Yes. Paper prints, rolled canvas, and gallery-wrapped canvas can be ordered together. Their shipping groups may be charged separately.
