Important Drop Ship Order Details

At checkout, select “Drop Ship This Order” and enter the customer’s delivery address. Each destination is a separate drop shipment.

Select “Drop Ship This Order” Choose the drop-ship option during checkout so we know the order is shipping directly to your customer.
Enter Your Client's Address Enter the customer’s delivery address. Different destinations require separate drop shipments.
Final Shipping For Resale Orders For resale accounts, shipping is calculated after the order is reviewed and packaged, then added to the order.

Drop Ship Fee A 2.5% drop-ship fee is added to each drop-ship order.
Shipping For Resale Accounts Shipping is calculated after we review the finished artwork, packaging, destination, and shipment requirements.
Why Shipping Is Added Later Finished size, weight, packaging, and destination can vary widely. Calculating shipping after review gives a more accurate cost.
Tracking Tracking is added to your Craft Giclée account once the order ships.

Fulfillment can also support editions, artist-supplied materials, signing arrangements, and repeat production.

Certificates Include your own certificates, artist statements, thank-you cards, or other printed materials with qualifying shipments.
Limited Editions Support edition tracking, documentation, stamps, and consistent repeat production.
Artist Signing Local artists can arrange in-studio signing before fulfillment and shipment.

Fulfillment Questions

How do I place a drop ship order? Select the drop-ship option at checkout and enter your client’s shipping address.
Why is a card required for drop ship orders? For resale drop-ship orders, final shipping is added after review so the charge can reflect the artwork, packaging, destination, and delivery requirements.
When will my card be charged? For resale accounts, shipping is added after review when the actual shipment requirements are known. Keep a valid payment method on the account for any balance due.
What is the drop ship fee? A 2.5% drop ship service fee applies to every drop ship order.
Can I include my own certificates or printed materials? Yes. Artist-supplied materials can be included with qualifying shipments.
Can you help with damaged shipments? Yes. We can review shipping issues, assist with claims, and coordinate replacement options when appropriate.
