From Material Choice To Approval

Choose the surface, receive the proof set, review it in person, and approve the version you want us to reproduce.

Create Proof

We prepare the image and make the three proofs on the selected material. Paper proofs usually ship in 1–2 business days; canvas proofs usually ship in 3–5 business days, depending on quantity and workload.

Review Results

Review the proofs in your own lighting. Compare color, contrast, detail, texture, and finish.

Approve Production

Once approved, we keep the file and material as the reference for future orders on that surface.

Your Screen Cannot Show The Final Print

Backlit screens and printed surfaces behave differently. A physical proof shows you the real paper or canvas, printed with pigment ink, before production.

Screens emit light. Prints reflect light from ink on a physical surface.

Texture, finish, lighting, and the material all affect the final appearance.

A physical proof lets you judge the real print instead of the screen.

Matte Papers Soft surfaces, low sheen, and strong detail for many fine art applications. Textured Papers Adds visible texture and a more traditional fine art character. Canvas Adds canvas texture and can be ordered rolled or gallery wrapped. Specialty Surfaces Baryta, metallic, glossy, and other finishes can change contrast, sheen, and color response.

Proofing Questions

Do I need a proof every time? Not always. It is most useful for new artwork, a new material, editions, commissions, or any job where color and surface need to be predictable.
Can I proof different papers or canvases? Yes. Each surface prints differently, so approval on one material does not automatically apply to another.
Can adjustments be made after reviewing my proof? Yes. We can adjust color, contrast, and overall appearance before final production.
What happens after approval? Your approved file becomes the reference for future orders on that material.
